Shipping and Returns

Pre-order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders to process. ID Verification must be completed within 24 hours, if not completed order will be cancelled.

  (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-3 business days.

 

 

Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS
  • Standard Processing time for hair is within 5-7 business days (Unless they are marked READY TO SHIP)
  • All orders require a signature and must be signed for.
  • No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments.
  • No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number.
  • Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made.
  • To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must be the same. NO EXCEPTIONS! 
  • After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

  Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

 

Refund/exchange policy.

  • ALL HAIR IS FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. 
  • Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made.
  • Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost once the hair is received. (ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS). Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not in its original state. Your exchange will also be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 7 days. (if you are returning curly or wavy hair the hair must not be combed through)

    All customers are responsible for measuring their head. Sizing reference will be listed under all wigs to help you decide which size wig is best for you. Please be sure to read the frontal and wig size. If your wig is too big or small you won’t be able to exchange it.
